Lovely welcome on quiet street with easy access to restaurant n Bar. Arranged transport to airport at 4.30am all on time with complementary breakfast juice n crossant was a welcome touch.

We loved the pool although it was quite cold. The property offered a good rate to bring us into Venice. The main bed was very comfortable.

The place is great, we arrived at the middle of the night and got a warmed welcome by john who was really nice and patient and answered all our questions. Awesome place 20 min walk from the airport which makes everything easier. Highly recommended

Not much Close to airport but shuttle 15 for @ 1 kilometre ride. Photos were deceiving. Pool was over chlorinated Rooms need maintenance our door jambs were rotting from the shower leaking. Noise from upstairs bathroom was audible. Small rooms

It was convenient to have a large room that slept 5 people for all of our family together and is close to the airport. Some decent restaurants nearby and bus stop to get into Venice.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The hotel was immaculate. The bathroom was spacious, the beds were comfy, the aircon was good. Its a short 15 minute walk to the boats to head into Venice, only 15 for a return. Theres some lovely (very inexpensive) cafes within a short walk. The resort has its own restaurant which you can get a free shuttle bus to and the food is lovely! The pool is really nice and surrounded by greenery. We only stayed for one night but it was a very enjoyable stay. Shuttle bus to the airport is 15 for 1-4 people altogether, which is cheaper than a bus or taxi.
